High-energy Mechanical Engineering leader with proven experience driving product development, operational excellence, and cross-functional performance in engineered-to-order and custom manufacturing environments. Track record of bringing medium- and high-voltage (MV/HV) products to market through hands-on development, standards-driven validation (IEC, ANSI, UL, CSA), and strong cross-functional collaboration. Skilled at leading global engineering teams, defining R&D strategy, managing budgets and schedules, and delivering innovation in materials, mechanisms, and digital integration for smart switchgear.   

 

Hands-on background in mechanical design, switchgear and automation, automotive systems, project management, R&D, robotics, machine building, fixtures, and hydraulic/pneumatic controls. Strong command of CAD, finite-element analysis (FEA), GD&T, standardized design practices, and Teamcenter PLM workflows. 

 

Outside work, I volunteer to serve the community and have international volunteer leadership experience with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the United Nations.
